Returns and Refunds Policy



Upon purchase of your chosen item, you will receive a email advising you of the day and approximate time you will receive your order.  For the majority of the UK free delivery is available, however some items are chargeable, if this is the case it will be clearly stated on the product description along with a estimated delivery timescale.

We always endeavor to deliver within our given timescale, however on rare occasions that are given time frames cannot be met, you will be contacted directly by us to inform you when your item will arrive.

If you have changed  your mind after your order dispatch has taken place, return charges will be the buyers expense.


If you receive your purchase and you are not happy with it, contact us within writing via post or email within 14 days of receiving your goods and you will be given the option to exchange goods or a full refund.  All returned goods must be sent back in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.  If you fail to take care of goods that are being returned and this results in damage, we are not responsible for the return request.  It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return cost unless the items has been received faulty.

When your goods arrive, check all parts immediately.  If you find the product is the wrong item or any parts are damaged do not accept them, return them to the driver and sign to say goods damaged or wrong item sent.

If on the rare occasions there is any parts missing or damaged contact us within 21 days of receipt of goods and we will dispatch a replacement part to you within 5 days of complaint being received.
